Hi, I'm Nikita! My career has been inside fast-moving startups, running the entire operational engine. I take founder-led hustle and turn it into 5x growth. 

Startups taught me to build the plane while flying it. I'm also a perfectionist. I can't leave a problem unsolved. My philosophy is speed without shortcuts and it wins every time. Low hanging fruit, then we build the GTM strategy for what comes next.
